摘要

《赡养到善养：现代中华文化的安老责任情理法》一书建议糅合华人传统价值观及现代法律系统，在情、理兼备的大前提下，以法律厘定和分配赡养责任，并规管其执行。 Entitled From Maintenance to Well-being: Negotiating Responsibilities in Supporting the Aged as in the Modern Chinese Culture, the new book suggests that by integrating the traditional Chinese moral values and modern legal system, and taking into account the factors of consanguinity, rationality and legality , legislation can help distribute the responsibility of maintenance of parents and monitor its implementation.
